Schools & Clubs - How to Book

Making a booking with Venatour is made as simple as it can be, knowing how busy people are with their day to day lives! We can guide you through every step of the journey. Every school tour is tailor made and once we have established what your objectives are, we can then build an itinerary accordingly. We appreciate that not all schools are the same and therefore can create the best tour to meet your needs. Increasingly we find that some aspects of the curriculum now need to be included on sports tours and we look to accommodate this within your itinerary.

 Booking process

1.

Choose destination

There is a whole world out there and what better way to explore it, than with a team of friends who play sport. Browse and see what takes your fancy, then get in touch and we can help the dream come true. It might be that you decide to tour established destinations such as Argentina with your rugby and hockey teams, or play cricket in Sri Lanka. Alternatively you could trailblaze and be one of the first to tour places like Jamaica or Zimbabwe.

2.

Promote the tour              

After our chat through the various options we can help with the successful launch of the tour, albeit with a detailed proposal you can circulate amongst parents to start with. We can also attend meetings with prospective families to present the tour ideas and deal with any questions that may arise.

3.

Confirm the tour

Together with our help, we’d like to think you will achieve the right level of interest to enable you to gather the required deposit and return the booking form which we will send to you via email.

4.

Lead up to departure

Once we receive the deposit and booking form we will start work on the tour and take all the hassle away from you. Whilst doing this we will keep you fully informed and where necessary attend meetings to make sure everything is as expected. We also provide a clear timetable that sets out all of the information that we need from you and when it is needed by.

5.

Whilst on tour

We do our utmost to try and personally see off every group at the airport and maintain the personal touch whilst ensuring check in goes smoothly. Once overseas, should there be any issues whilst away, the first port of call is of course the Venatour Rep in situ, and failing that you will have our support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
